AI-powered.
We asked an AI whether we should add AI. It said yes. That’s our technical due diligence.
In 2018, DelayFi hired a robot to take notes during a team meeting about the upcoming mainnet launch. The meeting never ended.
It still reports for work, attends every scrum, and faithfully records each discussion about token supply, marketing, governance, community, utility, and why mainnet needs one more quarter.
DELAYFI launched on 21 September 2026. The robot now operates independently—still taking notes, still pushing ahead, and still documenting crypto’s forever-promises.
The minutes from today’s meeting are ready.
Financial authorities are examining how stablecoin stress could travel across borders faster than information moves between regulators.
DelayFi has formed a cross-border committee to decide which committee owns the emergency binder.
The robot has reviewed the roadmap three times and accidentally recorded “two olives” as a critical dependency.
REC ● INTERNAL SCRUM / RELEASED WITHOUT CONTEXT

Building tomorrow, tomorrow. An unnecessary memecoin operated through meetings, action items, and industrial quantities of ambition.
Inspect the token situation ↗DELAYFI IS UNDERGROUND · THE SCRUM CONTINUES
The utility is that we made a token.
For years, projects have promised to change the world. We would like to change the subject. Introducing the DelayFi memecoin: an unnecessary souvenir of ambitious roadmaps, world-class adjectives, and the time we all thought a PDF was a business model.
DELAYFI launched through ClashPad. Under ClashPad’s current system, fees generated by coin activity may be converted to SOL and distributed automatically to eligible holders. Rewards depend on activity, liquidity, holder weighting and payout thresholds; holding does not guarantee a payment.
It won’t power a revolutionary payment network. It won’t unlock a secret platform. It won’t give you voting rights over a company that just wanted you to click an emoji. It is a joke you can own a small, equally unnecessary piece of.
Tomorrow’s abandoned project. Today’s excessively written website.
Combining the industry’s most promising words into a sentence nobody can reasonably disagree with.
We asked an AI whether we should add AI. It said yes. That’s our technical due diligence.
We haven’t chosen one chain, which means we’re equally ready for all of them.
You ask when. We say soon. A truly participatory ecosystem.
We use their cloud hosting. They are unaware of our existence. Naturally, we’ve called this a strategic technology partnership.
Our team has heard of quantum computing. We are monitoring the situation from a safe, classical distance. Until observed, the product is simultaneously shipping and not shipping. Please do not observe it.
The pitch deck is landscape. The font looks expensive. Someone wore a quarter-zip on a podcast. At this point, institutional adoption would be rude not to happen.
We have a chair. The chair exists in the real world. A working group is assessing whether putting its name in a spreadsheet makes us an RWA protocol.
Our documents open in multiple browsers. Selected team members can also receive email. This positions us at the forefront of seamless cross-platform value communication.
Our pre-launch launch-readiness indicator has entered its final preliminary phase.
Our milestones are fixed. Our understanding of time is flexible.
Publish a gradient. Establish a Telegram. Use the word “disrupt.”
Add “ecosystem” to the website in three additional places.
Bring the technology to the next billion users. Starting with our friend Dave.
Progress deserves a fresh starting point.
Appoint an interim committee to explore the possibility of establishing a foundation. The foundation will provide a strong foundation for future foundation-related announcements.
A screenshot of a dashboard will be circulated internally. The numbers will be compelling. The screenshot will be described as an early glimpse of the technology.
Invite the community to explain the project to the community. Applications require three years of experience in a project that does not yet exist.
Identify a room. Discuss whether the room should be virtual. Schedule a meeting in the real room to avoid confusion.
Establish a process through which everyone can propose what someone else should build. The first proposal will concern the color of the voting interface.
Add a fourth problem. Form a task force. Rename the situation a quadrilemma and claim thought leadership.
Dave has opened the link but remains distracted. We are revising the onboarding funnel to account for Dave making a sandwich.
Before shipping the product, we must ship a framework for evaluating whether the product is ready to enter the shipping readiness framework.
Our modular architecture allows us to replace every instance of “metaverse” with whatever appears in the next conference keynote.
Quietly replace “coming soon” with “an early pioneer.” Maintain the website as evidence that something was definitely happening.
“What if we put it on the blockchain?”
END OF PAPER · PEER REVIEWED BY A FRIEND WHO SAID “NICE”You wanted fundamentals. We brought paragraphs.
The digital economy stands at a crossroads between where it currently is and wherever we put the arrow on the next slide. Existing systems suffer from a critical lack of our token. DelayFi proposes a radically reimagined approach in which this absence is addressed by creating our token.
By aligning decentralized enthusiasm with a permissionless supply of forward-looking statements, we intend to establish a new paradigm for describing a new paradigm. This represents a significant departure from previous paradigms, most of which lacked our particular shade of green.
Traditional products burden users with concrete functions, measurable outcomes, and the unreasonable expectation that clicking something should accomplish a task. These constraints have prevented countless ordinary websites from referring to themselves as protocols.
We believe the next wave of adoption will be driven by people who have read so many announcements that they can no longer distinguish a product launch from a font change. We understand these people. We have been these people. Some of us still have the bookmarks.
At the presentation layer, a sophisticated interface communicates that work is taking place. Beneath this sits the narrative layer, where individual adjectives are combined into high-throughput sentences. The consensus layer ensures that everyone agrees the team is cooking.
Finally, the abstraction layer separates the user from any meaningful understanding of what has been built. This is our most mature component. We have also included an interoperability layer so the other layers have someone to talk to.
Our proprietary conceptual flywheel begins with a community update. “Proprietary” means we drew it ourselves in a circle. That update signals that an announcement is approaching. The announcement reveals a new community update schedule. The schedule creates anticipation for the next announcement. At no point is a customer required.
To prevent narrative congestion, excess excitement is redirected into an ecosystem thread containing seventeen posts and no new information. The final post says “We’re just getting started.” This is true indefinitely.
Instead of discarding unfinished milestones, we carefully return them to the next roadmap. Every objective receives a second life, a third life, and eventually a senior advisory role. Nothing is wasted except a small amount of everyone’s time.
Our long-term sustainability strategy is based on the observation that the word “soon” does not expire. We are researching whether “imminent” offers similar durability under prolonged exposure to a bear market.
We have demonstrated, through the existence of the preceding paragraphs, that it is possible to produce a substantial amount of project documentation. These findings confirm our original hypothesis that the website could be longer.
Future work will explore further work. Results will be communicated at the appropriate time, subject to market conditions, narrative alignment, and whether the person with the password is on holiday.
All initiatives are fictional. Their strategic importance is immeasurable, which is convenient.
A breakthrough consensus mechanism in which all participants independently arrive at the conclusion that something is about to happen. Finality is achieved when nobody asks for a date.
Next milestone: define “about to.”Converts a straightforward question into a comprehensive answer about our long-term vision. Early testing shows promising results against “What does the token do?”
Known issue: occasionally answers the question.A trust-minimized connection between us sending an email and us calling it a relationship. The bridge currently supports one-way communication at enterprise scale.
Next milestone: a reply that isn’t automated.Bundles multiple missed deadlines into a single highly efficient revised deadline. This reduces announcement costs while preserving the full history of our ambition.
Next milestone: roll this milestone forward.Prove that development has occurred without revealing any information about what was developed. A perfect fit for projects whose most significant progress is confidential.
Evidence: cannot be disclosed by design.Hot-swap between AI, gaming, DePIN, RWA, and whichever acronym arrives next. The underlying product remains untouched, protecting our substantial investment in not having one.
Next milestone: attend a conference.Dispatches from a fictional team that has never been more excited about the next dispatch.
This week, the team aligned on the need for alignment. We established a shared understanding that we should establish a shared understanding. A document was created. Access to the document was requested. Access remains under review.
We know things have been quiet. That’s because we’ve been busy preparing an update explaining why things have been quiet. Rest assured, the NDA is doing extraordinary amounts of work for a document nobody has seen. Anyone asking for a demo is reminded that patience is a virtue and screenshots are apparently FUD.
After listening carefully to whichever narrative still has liquidity, we have decided that the thing we were building is now a different thing. The original thing remains foundational to our journey. Holders can expect a detailed explanation of how this was always the plan.
Our commitment has never been stronger. The robot has filled another notebook with action items from standups, scrums, all-hands meetings, pre-meetings, and the meeting about having fewer meetings. Mainnet remains the first agenda item for next quarter.
First, we draw a circle. This is essential: without a circle, it’s just a bunch of people deciding who gets the tokens. We divide it into slices called Ecosystem Growth, Strategic Alignment, Community Empowerment, and Definitely Not Just Our Mates. Then we add vesting, because “you can’t sell yours yet” sounds considerably more sophisticated when presented as a commitment to long-term value creation.
Next comes the burn. Burning tokens is how we demonstrate that the thing we spent all this time creating becomes more exciting when there is less of it. We explain this with the word “deflationary,” three flame emojis, and absolutely no discussion of demand. Then we introduce staking: a revolutionary mechanism for receiving more of the thing you were already wondering what to do with.
Finally, we announce a sustainable, reflexive, community-aligned value-accrual flywheel. It has arrows. The arrows go around. Your eyes follow the arrows. For a beautiful moment, nobody asks where the money comes from. This is tokenomics. There will be a Medium article.
Our token’s utility remains: being our token. We respect your time enough to admit that, and disrespect it enough to write all of this.
Joke percentages. Actual supply and launch terms appear in the factual token panel above; current activity has retreated to the dignified obscurity of on-chain records.
For a brief moment, you were not reading a crypto website. We have comprehensively resolved that issue.
It doesn’t. Neither did your fridge, your dentist, or that supply-chain startup with twelve advisors and one developer. We’re just skipping the 80-page excuse.
It is certainly a thing. We could put “100x” in a thumbnail, but then we’d need to point at it with our mouths open.
Thursday has been discussed. No particular Thursday has been burdened with the responsibility.
The page you are reading is longer than the page we started with. We invite you to draw your own conclusions.
In the same place as our institutional adoption: a beautifully formatted paragraph. No real partnerships are being claimed.
Zero is a bold round number with excellent brand recognition. We make no price promises in either direction. A future token could become worthless; irony is not downside protection.
We put the rug in the roadmap. It’s now delayed until Q4. The joke is the industry’s nonsense; stealing from people isn’t part of the bit.
People deciding it has value. A refreshingly short explanation that the industry has spent fifteen years turning into diagrams.
We are not presenting an active trading location. DELAYFI still exists on Solana; the official mint address and on-chain verification are in the factual panel above. Availability appears to be experiencing an additional delay. Possible resolution: Q4.
Every paragraph is another few seconds before someone asks about revenue. Also, we were there. We remember the websites. We probably bookmarked yours.
We will continue exploring the possibility of progressing toward the next phase of our ongoing commitment to moving forward. You may press the button again.
Original fictional guru quotes. Any resemblance to a man yelling beside a rented car is spiritually inevitable.
“I’m not selling. I’m strategically reducing my exposure to being here.”No real quotes. No real endorsements. Immaculate fictional conviction.
